Product Construction, Belting and Supports Information
Construction: All anodized aluminum extrusions and plated steel hardware. Belt bed is constructed of custom anodized support channels and solid ESD-grade UHMW. Upper and lower "T" slots accept hardware up yo 3/8-16 thread size (mounting hardware kits optional).
Belting: Non-dusting and maintenance-free ESD-rated snap-link belting eliminates rods and tensioning mechanisms. Proprietary belt material provides years of operation without adjustments for long, dependable service. Safe for direct contact with electronics.
Drive: Patented system using highly energy-efficient motor with all ball bearing construction. Motor is variable speed, DC brushless, with 9 foot power cord, fused on/off switch, and speed control dial. Belt speed range is 2-25 feet per minute. Rated for 200 lb. carry and 60 lb. accumulating.
Supports: Telescoping sections with adjustable floor mount levelers.
