"T" Slot Mounting Hardware. If you need to attach accessories to our conveyor "T" slots, we have hardware kits that include (1) #Threaded "T" nut with 3/8-16 UNC-2B thread, (1) #3/8 Washer, (1) 3/8-16 UNC-2A Hex Cap Head bolt to length needed to clamp on thickness specified. (Note: "T" nuts can be installed from the front or the ends. Pressed-in end caps or covers must be removed to install from ends.) "T" nut can be ordered separately. Note: The depth of our "T" slot is 3/8" (9.5mm). |

Adjustable End Chute. Quickly installs and adjusts to slide components onto or off the end of SmartMove Conveyors. Use to transition gaps between other equipment and for tabletop slide transferring. Mounting brackets attach to the lower "T" slots and may require the stands to be moved inboard for chute installation. (Caution: May create a pinch hazard if used with RS or RY (ribbed) belting or belting with raised profiles.)

Corner Turn Plate. When making 90° turns, this simple UHMW machined plate assembly helps items greater than 1" high rotate without catching edges. The thumb screw mounted assembly locates the 1" high guide rails at the merge of the end-to-side transition point. Installation requires guide rails to be cut back approximately 2" wider than the in-feeding conveyor belt width.

End-to-side Transfer Plate. This simple "tip-plate" is held by gravity within the sideframe guardrail slot. The plate keeps products from catching the edges of the conveyor belt as they transfer across the turn. |

End-to-end Transition Plate. Transition plates are held by gravity between the end of one conveyor and the beginning of the next conveyor. The ESD plate aids in the transfer of product and guards against a possible pinch-point. Items smaller than 2" will not transfer without back pressure. Any wedging under the plate will cause it to lift up without damage. Plates are not designed to operate with other conveyor systems.
Note: Sections must be joined and parallel to each other. |

Hoods. Replace 1" high standard guard rails with 1/4" thick clear hoods to restrict access and keep items shielded while being transported on the conveyor. Custom extruded corners secure sides to tops. Hoods are manufactured in 4' sections that butt together to create continuous enclosured. Please specify height above belt when quoting. |
