Drive with Emergency Stop. E-stop red mushroom head switch with legend plate installed on top panel of motor box. Once pressed, switch locks and power is removed from the unit. Unlock the mushroom button by pushing down and twisting. (Note: Belt will continue to travel for approximately 3 seconds after E-stop is activated.)

Remote Mount Emergency Stop. Simply mount E-stop box on side of conveyor within 9’ of motor. Plug E-stop box into standard 115V outlet with 9 foot cable provided. Plug conveyor into one of the two outlets on the box. Pressing red mushroom head E-stop switch shuts off outlets. Push and twist button to release. Fuse protected at 7 amps for 115VAC. Remote E-Stops can be mounted up to 9 feet away from each other.
Note: It is normal for the conveyor belt to remain moving for a few seconds when the E-stop is activated. |

Remote Control Cable. This extension cord plugs “in-between” the motor cable and the unit controller inside the motor control box. Available in 1 meter (39"), 2 meter (79"), 3 meter (118") and 4 meter (157") lengths to allow remote mounting of the motor on/off and speed setting. Relay Control Kit. 115 VAC or 24 VDC relay is pre-wired to plug into existing 4 pin connector inside Motor Control box. Supply power to the relay to start or stop the conveyor. Ideal for indexing and controlling conveyor motion with robotics.

Swivel Mount Photoelectric Sensor. Installs to "T" slots of side frame and senses objects that block reflective tape mounted to opposite guard rail. Sensor comes pre-wired with 4' cable that plugs into Motor Control Box. Sensor can be used to start or stop the conveyor when objects are detected. Unit is upgradeable to have an optional timer/delay module.
Sensor can see through hoods and are not "fooled" by shiny objects. |

Drive with reversing direction switch. (Factory) Most Short Line models will carry up to 25 lbs in the reverse direction. (Moving away from the motor.) Boxes over 25 lbs. may have "hopping" problems with loose belts when run in the non-pull direction. If this item is installed, it is sold with limited operational performance as stated on the quotation.

Internal extension cord. (Factory) Short Line conveyors up to 10' long can be equipped with an internal power cords that allows you to power other conveyors. The internal power cord is installed inside the conveyor frame and extends 24" out of the sideframe at the infeed end on the same side as the motor to provide power to the next joining motor control box. (This option is not available on conveyor systems with Gate option.) |
