Here’s how it works

The infeed section of the conveyor begins with a 2 foot section of mini-rollers that are integrated into the conveyor and flush to the belt height. Operators place objects onto the rollers. When done, simply push the load onto the belt. In reverse, items that arrive at the end of the conveyor will coast off the belt and come to a rest on a 2 foot section of mini-rollers. (Adjustable End Stop recommended)

Advantages of using built-in mini-roller sections:

Safer loading. It can be dangerous and fatiguing to load a belt that is still running. Sudden pull of the belt can cause an accident.
Stacking bins or totes directly at the entrance to the conveyor is quicker and eliminates lifting stacks.

Safer Unloading. Items come to a full rest before lifting off the belt. No contact with the moving belt is made.
Rollers remove product back pressure and are easier to pick off the end of the line.
