Stands: Stands are used to join conveyor sections. All dimensions for stand height are based on measurements from the floor to the top of the belt. Abbreviated, TOB. (For height ranges see Stands in Product Listing.) (If not purchasing stands, please request alternate joiner bars.)

Guard Rails: Removable 1” high guard rails are included on all models. Optional “flush” guard rails can be substituted when ordering. To avoid the 1” gap in the guard rails that occurs when joining individual sections, please request continuous guard rail. Continuous guard rail must be installed after sections are assembled. (For guiding product sideways on the belt, see Accessories, Adjustable Guide Rails.)

Minimum Part Transfer: End-to-end transfer with back pressure = 0.5” long. End-to-end without back pressure = 3” long.

Maximum incline: 10° up or down hill. “Tilt” option stands are required when joining two non-parallel sections. (Note: SmartMove® Conveyors are designed with a low friction surface that enables it to easily slide under packages. This is the opposite of conveyors with high friction belting. Please consider purchasing from another conveyor manufacturer if you are depending on the belt friction to carry items with a slope of over 10°.)

Operating Temperature: 0°—185° F. (Please consult factory for exceptions and specialty belting with higher intermittent temperature ratings.)
