Manufacturing
Modular Work Cells. Individual conveyors can be easily joined together to form work cells. Perform sequential assembly and control pace and flow with our variable speed drives. With the addition of “Inline Work Surfaces” and “Side Shelves,” you can improve your productivity by working directly on the line, instead of on separate side tables.
Automation
Go-between transferring. Fixed length conveyors will not need to “grow” as is customary with other end-drive type conveyors. Order length needed to the inch. Easy to replace more dangerous and less reliable conveyors.
Take-away and clear zone. With remote control relays or sensors you can index the conveyor belt to create a “drop-zone” for parts as they are removed from molding machines or automation equipment.
Date coding. Print your date code as you leave packaging equipment by guiding packages on the conveyor in close proximity to your marking equipment. Smooth belt motion and low friction belting allow items to be accurately guided through the printing process.
Inspection Systems
Increase speed of mass inspection. Compact and portable, you can work directly on the running conveyor belt to inspect parts as they leave machinery. “Picking out the defects” as they pass is a very efficient way to quickly perform 100% inspection.
Packaging Lines
Un-slug gravity roller. By placing a conveyor with a controlled end stop at the end of the gravity roller line, packages can be “pulled” clear of a “slugged” line to make it easy to palletize or unload the end of the line.
Electronics PC Board Assembly
Wave Solder Exit. Factory joined conveyor sections with a curved transition from incline to decline are ideal for exiting wave solder machines. Our full ribbed belting holds hot boards away from belt surface and enhances cooling.
